Ultra-Tech Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellation of services paid for through our website using Razorpay or any other payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before the work has commenced, you may request a cancellation by contacting us within 48 hours of making the payment.
  • After Service Commencement: Once the service (e.g., TLD badge processing, radiation monitoring, testing) has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be entertained and no refund will be issued.
  • Subscription/Periodic Services: For periodic monitoring services, cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the next monitoring cycle begins.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made for the same service
Payment made in excess of the invoiced amount
Service cancelled before commencement (within 48 hours)
Technical error resulting in overcharge
Service already rendered or work commenced
Requests made after 30 days of payment

Refund Process

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and communicate the decision via email.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Service charges for work already completed
  • Courier and dispatch charges for TLD badges already shipped
  • Government or regulatory fees paid on behalf of the customer
  • Convenience or processing fees charged by the payment gateway
