Ultra-Tech Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. provides radiation monitoring and testing services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy covers the dispatch and delivery of TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) badges, monitoring reports, calibration certificates, and any other physical or digital materials related to our services.

TLD Badge Dispatch

Processing Time

TLD badges are dispatched within 5–7 business days after confirmation of payment and registration.

Shipping Method

Badges are sent via India Post (Registered/Speed Post) or reputed courier services to the registered address.

Delivery Area

We deliver across all states and union territories of India. International shipping is not currently available.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination.

TLD Badge Return

After the monitoring period, customers are required to return used TLD badges to our laboratory for analysis. Please note the following:

  • Return badges within 7 days after the monitoring period ends
  • Use the pre-addressed envelope or packaging provided with the badges
  • Ensure badges are properly packed to avoid damage during transit
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for TLD badge dispatch are included in the service fee unless specified otherwise in the invoice.
  • Express or special delivery requests may incur additional charges.
  • Re-dispatch charges apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by contacting us at utechlabnew@gmail.com. We will initiate a re-dispatch or provide replacement at no extra cost, subject to investigation.
