All payments made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key highlights:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of payment (before service commencement)
• Refunds for approved requests are processed within 7–10 business days
• No refund is applicable once the service work has begun

Service delivery timelines and methods are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We make every effort to deliver services within the stated timelines, however delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
